Location:

The Corpus Callosum is located underneath the cerebrum at the center of the brain.

The function is to communicate between brain hemispheres, controls eye movement, maintain the balance of arousal and attention and tactile localization.

IF ITS BROKEN!!!

If it no longer worked properly then we would have trouble controlling our hands and eyes preventing each half of the body to recognize the other half. Thats a bad thing....
